SOK Foundation approached us after the course start date was announced. At the time, they had no platform, landing page, or newsletter. We had to act quickly. Potential students were already informed about course enrollment, but there was no place where they could do it. That’s why we built a landing page and form first.
The time was short, but our client came to us with specific expectations and needs. We addressed all of them on an ongoing basis. What is more, we suggested what we could do to improve it – at a lower cost and in a short time.
With this model, we moved on to building a course platform and basic email automation. After signing up for a course, participants were sent an email asking which of the available groups they wanted to join. If a potential participant tried to sign up several times, he or she would get a notification that he or she had been added to another group.
We also automated the automatic issuance of certificates and the collection of feedback from course participants. The certificate could only be received after submitting feedback on the course. By doing it in this way, we achieved very high efficiency.
The target group for the course was non-technical people, so we tailored the UX/UI to meet their needs. As a result, the people responsible for the technical support of the course did not have much work. And they could focus on other tasks.
What is even more interesting, with our automation, one person can create new editions in less than 5 minutes without the involvement of IT staff, maintaining complete control over it.
