Tour planning on autopilot

The first step was implementing a brief from which the data was automatically sent to the relevant databases and automation transactional emails. At this stage, we also added a module for generating contracts once the customer approves the offer. We did not stop the company’s operations which is a considerable achievement.

Improving customer experience

When it comes to quality, there are no compromises. Customer experience is another issue that we wanted to handle. By properly structuring the data, we could implement highly personalized messages for clients and tour pilots. Emails were enriched by additional information about attractions, pilots, accommodation, and carriers.

Real-time business information has a massive value in decision-making. The final step was to develop automated financial dashboards and feedback collection from tour participants, which has enormous importance in improving marketing, sales, and the service itself.
